What's your vision?

I need an ad graphic designed for a landing page like this: http://www.homeeddirectory.com/homeschool-resource-directory/california/arts_crafts I have the content (logo, text and other assets) in a PSD here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/spa6a4c258u7u7t/HomeEdDiirectoryAd.psd?dl=0 Feel free to use any content from here: https://lp.giantleapslearning.com/leadership-skills-program/ Alternate logo here for a light background: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zngtx6locd08fi4/LOGO-final-large.png?dl=0 I want the ad to stand out on that page. I'm not married to the black background and totally open to alternate concepts. I just threw these elements in there as ideas to work with. I considered throwing in social proof icons like these but not sure if they would fit: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuWjBJG Ad dimensions should be square 1080x1080
