Prince of The Brotherhood
K. Alex Walker
I write romance novels with sorceresses, deities, swords, intrigue, mystery, crime, and suspense.
This is the first book in a mafia romance series, and it will be centered around the Bratva and the Bratva leader's son taking over as head of the crime syndicate. Dominik Sokolov is more of your ambivalent type of character. When he's around his love interest, he's funny and even a little quirky. But when he has to step into his role as the prince of the brotherhood, he's darker. Less approachable. Hardened.
Primarily women Ages 25 to 64 US, UK, Canada, British, West Indies
Full disclosure, I'm terrible at knowing what women like, so I'm giving you all full creative reign. This should be a simple cover without any curly/script font. The title has a lot of words, so I don't want anything too distracting for readers. Also, since this is a series, I'd like to work with the winning designer for the other covers as well. Everyone uses pink and red, so if you have another color in mind, by all means, go for it. My #1 preference is the guy in the black shirt because he personifies the character in the book best. I like where "A Dark Mafia" is placed on the Ruthless Prince cover. Here is the link for the large version of the guy with the low haircut: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eVP7nFueJVT8z1BD6mxlV2b3cyVNKqT-/view?usp=sharing
What to avoid
Script fonts. However! If you *truly* do have a design using a script font you think just works, go with your gut.
