New Prepper's Survival Bible: The Ultimate Long-Term Survival Handbook for Protecting Your Family & Being Prepared When Disaster Strikes
Son of God, husband, and father of 4. He has spent many years as a market research analyst in the financial sector. Prefers dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery and lives by the phrase “beat yesterday”. Is an authority because he is a 15 year survival and preparedness enthusiast with an ever-increasing passion to build on that existing skill-set daily. He loves learning new things from great books, thought-provoking blogs, and interesting people. He enjoys teaching his family and his readers how to be prepared for any emergency situation that may face their home, especially since the COVID pandemic.
This book was researched and written to approach prepping and off-grid survival in a systematic way. It can be used both as a guide for beginners, as well as a reference for experts to follow during many emergency situations. The principles and skills taught are an investment in YOU. They are trusted tactics that will hold their value through both good and bad economic climates. It builds from the preppers basics, into developing a positive survival mindset, then flows into a plan to protect your family on your own home turf. From there it dives deep into how to organize and stockpile your pantry for food, water, and gear in preparation for the next catastrophic global event that can hit your home. They are skills that will help keep your family safe through the imminent natural and man-made disasters on the horizon.
#1 “Suburban father and dad” - Example: This guy is educated and has a corporate office job or is self-employed. Wants the BEST for his family and realized during COVID lockdowns he was nowhere near as prepared as he thought or wanted to be for them. It was scary and a #1 “Suburban father and dad” - Example: This guy is educated and has a corporate office job or is self-employed. Wants the BEST for his family and realized during COVID lockdowns he was nowhere near as prepared as he thought or wanted to be for them. It was scary and a reality check, so now he desires to invest time and money into emergency preparedness. Facing no toilet paper and many basic food shortages in his refrigerator during the 2 year pandemic opened his eyes. He does NOT want that to happen again! So he is taking action to learn and consume more on this crucial topic. Stepping up for his family with financial investments and learning skills to be more self-reliant, so great job! #2 “Closet prepper” - Example: This person may have a 50 lb bag of rice under the basement stairs, next to a Costco size thing of TP … likely a few extra cans of beans and tomatoes in the pantry. They have a tent, some sleeping bags, and a few basic camping gear items that were gifted to them on a birthday, they store in the attic. This smart reader may even have an RO water filtration system in their kitchen. Maybe they have gone as far as taken a survival class or have their state CPL and own a 9 MM pistol with rounds of ammo locked in a safe? HOWEVER, this reader is timid to share with friends, family, and co-workers ANY of this stuff. (key aspect) This book can build the confidence to bring this person into the light and seek out others that have similar mindsets. Hopefully my book would tip the scales, realizing today (2022) their “ secret passion” for wanting to be prepared and acquiring these skills is perfectly fine (almost “mainstream” now) and a great idea for themselves and their family! #3 “Survival pro” - Example: 15 year prepper, your uncle on 5 acres of land who has solar panels, rain barrels, a generator, and an arsenal in his safe (along with gas masks too). This reader is not just your uncle, this person is an outdoor enthusiast who likely hunts and fishes as much as life allows them the time to be with nature. Possibly “man caves” or office walls have a few dead animal heads hung as trophies of this life-long hobby/passion. By-and-large they want the government to stay the hell out of their business, but are often engaged in the community with things like the scouts, coaching sports, or school functions to support their children. They enjoy being in nature, likely have knowledge of engines, tools and weapons… possibly even military. An “authentic” man’s man. My goal with this reader, who on paper reads like an advanced prepper, is to have them start reading this book with a hint of suspicion but finish and say “that was pretty solid, I will keep that with my gear and reference it.” That there = a 5 star Amazon review from this reader! Research of good information will win this reader over, as they are a tough pleaser on the topic!
