Despite the progress we have made, women are still faced with discrimination and bias in the workplace every day. The only way to prove our capabilities is to be a great leader! This book is to help women identify the negative gender conditionings that discourage women from pursuing higher goals and to teach 14 different leaderships for various environments.

Women, primary within the BIPOC community, age range around 35-40 Work situation: Looking to break into management/leadership positions. Work Goal: They want to become a better leader so that their team can thrive in their own careers in a non-toxic workplace. Pain Point #1: They have their own misconceptions about female leadership. They have grown up with the concept of the proper lady and this doesn’t fit with other misconceptions like the need to be more aggressive. Pain Point #2: They are fed up with negative stereotypes and inequality in the workforce. They know that with the right information, they will be able to lead equally well as any other leader. Desired Outcome: They want to be seen as someone in the workplace/organization as someone making a difference for all other women. It’s not just about their leadership skills, it’s about developing those skills in more women on their team.
