Sabin Gilceava is a negotiation advisor and the founder of Leverage Negotiation. For more than 25 years, Sabin has been assisting in numerous negotiations as either an active participant, a trainer, or an adviser, both on the sell, as well as on the buy-side. His expertise covers a diverse number of industries, with a particular focus on IT&C, professional services, banking and financial services, retail. Some years ago, Sabin started writing about the negotiations he was part of during the years, with different entrepreneurs. Within the limits of confidentiality agreements, he brings examples of practical solutions negotiators might use to get more predictable and profitable results.
Book description
Few ideas from the book that might help: - Do not try to kill the other party in negotiation, nor to split the difference. Build influence - you need the other party not only to rich an agreement but also to implement it. - Win-win is a mixt between building trust/relation and claiming results/money. - Don't jump too early to negotiate, first light the desire in the other party to work with you (sell the idea). In the end, you might not need to negotiate. - Negotiation is about power, persuasion, bargaining. - Prepare and plan carefully before entering a negotiation. Do not focus only on how to fill the gap; concentrate on the leverages you might use to move the other party on your side.

1. The image should be a powerful visual representation of the concept "Win-Win is not 50-50". It should also function without any title or text, stand-alone. 2. The background would be great to be "clean" as it can get; 3. The font should be as simple, and clean as possible - modern but strong enough (Apple-like) 4.
