Negosava is the best designer I've worked with. Her work is amazing, creative, and precise. She received all my feedback and integrated it in the exact way I requested with a beautiful expression and energy. I love how she also offered me suggestions that I didn't even realize existed, as well as, made sure I was completely satisfied with the work she provided for me down to the last level of detail. I would highly recommend her for your project. Thank you Negosava!
Sticks to the brief, good instincts for predicting what you would like if given the correct direction. Highly recommended.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
PETTIGREW develops medical billing software and provides medical billing and coding services. They help their customers improve their collections (money collected) during the revenue cycle. Their target audiences are healthcare organizations (hospitals, health clinics, physician practices) and organizations that serve healthcare organizations (healthcare IT companies, billing companies, healthcare consultants).
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a character/mascot, named "Grew," who will be the star of our animated explainer videos. Some of these videos will explain PETTIGREW as a company and their services, and others will be tutorial videos for clients who have purchased PETTIGREW's software. We want a character who is knowledgeable, but also fun and engaging. It's ok to have a little humor here, and please be creative!
UPDATE 1/1/19: I've shown my boss (the client) the current entries, and now we have two different prototypes we want to see. They're both people: One is an old man (this is a take on the company's owner - I've provided a couple photos in the brief. It doesn't have to look exactly like him, but use for inspiration). We would like to see both a grumpy version and a friendly/happy version. Another idea is a younger to middle-aged character - He's friendly, professional, and helpful., but also has a wry sense of humor.
Can't wait to see what you all come up with!!!
PETTIGREW absolutely loves the blue arrow symbol that's incorporated in the "G" of their logo (see attachments), so if you can incorporate that into the character, they will love that (like on Grew's t-shirt, for example). PETTIGREW's logo colors should also be incorporated into the Grew character. I've also attached a couple screenshots from their newly-designed website so you can get a sense of their style/branding.
