Help IXL Learning design new flash banners

We're an online math practice site for pre-K through geometry (K-12).

We're looking for new ad banners to try out across the Google Display Network. We can try either (or both) animated gifs, or Flash-based banners. We test with 160x600, 300x250, and 728x90 sizes. If any of the sizes of new banners win, we'll create the other less-trafficked sizes and try them as well. We're looking to increase our conversions per impression as compared to our existing banners which are attached. We're looking for these banners to appeal more to parents with children who need help with math, as opposed to teachers. Our site is http://www.ixl.com. Feel free to borrow art from our site solely for the purposes of this project.

I think the current banners (in ad-banners.zip) work well due to the eye-catching animation, and their colorful nature. I also think showing all the grade levels makes it clear that there's something for everyone. I think a new colorful design with lots of animation could work better. Also, an ad that shows more math branding could lower our CTR but keep conversions up, as our current banners are clearly educational, but don't say "Math practice" through every frame. Our banners get over 200 million impressions a month, so we'll really be getting your design out there!
