What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We create apps for iOS. We just launched our first app, Gif Message. It allows the user to quickly create an animated gif message by shooting a short video and combining extrated image frames into a gif. The user can ad some text, adjust video filters and text color/font/size before sending the gif via SMS/MMS or e-mail.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a custom app icon for our app Gif Message, available on Apple's App Store (iTunes artwork, 57*57, 114*114 and 1024*1024), paid and free versions.
The app icon must talk to the user. In other words, the user must understand what the app allows him to do. The app icon must also be attractive so that the user wants to jump to app screenshots and description.
Gif Message's goal is to allow users to send video messages (GIF) via SMS/MMS. Messages can be personnalized via video filters and text editing.
Target of the app : people under 30 eager to communicate with their friends.Probably already using emojis a lot.
Two things are important : "video" and "message" (SMS/MMS)
Attached PNG is the current app icon. You can also find screenshots of the user experience.
