Bindungsenergetik - dies ist eine moderne, herzgeleitete Psychotherapie, die Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Zufriedenheit ins Zentrum stellt. Nebst der Gesprächsarbeit arbeite ich auch über den Körper, damit das Gesunde erfahrbar wird. Angewendet wird diese Methode bei Burn-out, Depression, Angst- und Essstörung, Beziehungsproblemen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Zielgruppe: Erwachsene Menschen mit oben genannten Symptomen, die Unterstützung brauchen.
