L’histoire du groupe commence par celle d’EXPLORE et de ses deux dirigeants, Laurent Nicouleau et Philippe Raison, qui en... créent leur société à partir du constat que l’information devient de plus en plus abondante et que les entreprises ne disposent pas toujours du temps et des outils nécessaires à son ... Après... ans de croissance organique, Laurent et Philippe décident d’accélérer leur développement en se rapprochant d’acteurs experts dans leur domaine afin d’élargir les offres et compétences d’... En..., la création d’EXPLORE Group permet ainsi de réunir dans une même structure des sociétés innovantes « data driven » (CODATA, Wanao-Sendao, Societeinfo) dans le but de mieux répondre aux besoins des entreprises en termes de data et de transformation ... Pour répondre rapidement aux besoins administratifs et légaux (relations aux investisseurs…), la création d’une entité « chapeau » a été envisagée sous l’intitulé « EXPLORE Group » ; pour donner corps à cette nouvelle entité, une première traduction graphique a été élaborée à partir du logo d’EXPLORE auquel nous avons ajouté le terme « GROUP » pour créer le logo de cette nouvelle entité, sous les 2 formats ... Depuis 4 ans, le logo EXPLORE Group est utilisé de façon ponctuelle essentiellement pour des besoins de communication essentiellement ...
