Etude thermique et environnementale : en bref étude énergétique et environnementale d'un bâtiment (maison, immeuble, bureaux et bâtiments tertiaires en tout genre) Audit énergétique : en bref diagnostic thermique du bâtiment (idem qu'au dessus : maison, immeuble, bureaux et autres tertiaires : notamment crêche et mairie) et proposition de solutions avec estimations de couts de travaux et prise en compte des aides afin d'abaisser les dépenses énergétiques (assez proche du DPE (lettre énergétique du logement) mais différents car plus poussé et plus réel) -> obligatoire pour les ventes de passoires énergétiques Clientèle ciblée : particuliers, professionnels (sous-traitance de bureau d'étude, promoteur immobilier, architecte, gestionnaire de patrimoine, syndics de copropriété, public (mairie, région, bailleurs sociaux, etc)
