Founded in 1981, dopet is one of qatar’s largest companies undertaking epic projects, turnaround maintenance services, manpower supply & oilfield instruments sales representation. They serve large and small scale commercial and industrial construction projects across qatar, facilitate a full design build service and fulfil specific technical requirements within the development process. Here is their current website: http://www.dopet.com/dopet/ The client is looking for 1. new creative logos for the company that reflect what they do in a sophisticated, corporate and modern way. 2. A new take on the sketches they provided, which they like. Their current logo is outdated since it’s very old and it is packed with elements, basically they are trying to do many things all at once in one logo. The logo can highlight their nature of work which is onshore and offshore, sea and land, and the petroleum equipment. It can be typographic, with a hint of iconography referring to their work, or iconic with simple typography. The logo should say Dopet, and underneath it: Doha Petroleum Construction Co. Ltd part of ALAHED Holding. The colours are to stay blue and red with the possibility to introduce new corporate colours.
