http://www.smugglies.com needs a metallic evil looking version of their 'smiling underpants' logo.
We are looking for a cold dirty silver/metallic or chrome look with rivets or screws added to our existing 'smiling underpants' logo.
We will throw in another $100 if you can animate it to have a light reflection moving from one end to the other. We will accept animations in Flash/Photoshop or animated GIF.
Logo needs to look good on a black background.
