We sell houses below market value to end buyers. This logo will be used to brand and market the website in order to drive perspective investors/buyers to our website. The logo will be used in social media ads, youtube videos and other online marketing avenues including the website.

I'm open to different options so go with your instinct but my favorite logos are clean and simple while maintaining creativity. I like logos that creatively but subtly speak to my company being in real estate. I've attached the winning logo from the last contest I ran for the other side of this business for your reference.
