EuroPACE is a project funded by the European Commission to make home and commercial building renovation easier. We recognize that building renovation is about people - We spend 90% of our time indoors and 1 in 6 Europeans lives in unhealthy homes. For us it is key to make home renovation a simple, fast and reliable process. Thus, to empower European to make better choices and create resilient communities. EuroPACE is an integrated building improvement platform that provides financing for energy efficiency upgrades like windows, roof, insulation, heating, ventilation, etc. The concept of EuroPACE is inspired by the success of an on-tax financing model called PACE, launched in California in 2008. In the US, in the past four years, the PACE market reached over $4.7 billion in funded projects, including the retrofit of over 200,000 homes, which resulted in more than 42,000 new local jobs and the creation of hundreds new companies. The project intends to pilot the mechanism in Spain and then spread it to Europe. The EuroPACE project covers a wide audience from policy-makers to homeowners, including financiers, installer, contractors, local and national governments, and banks.
There are three key things to communicate in a logo:
1. It is a modern solution: it is time to make renovation an easy and reliable process. Buildings are about people.
2. We work together: We are part of a community of European stakeholders
3. Public-private partnership is key to achieve the goals set by the European union to combat climate change.
