Create a one of a kind Menu Board Design for THE POKE STORY

The Poke Story is a fast casual restaurant franchise under way focused on providing premium environment/atmosphere and feel while serving reliable high quality, fast, healthy raw diced fish creations. We offer the consumer variety and customization of our dishes to give exactly what they want and we finish our story by providing unique one of a kind desserts. We are a fast casual haven where time can be spent enjoying the delicacies of life. Our target audience is for all. Millenials of this day and age that love trying new things and have new aspects and vigor to life. It is also for families and individuals both old and young who want to enjoy their dining time and experience together in a happy environment knowing there is one place that can always be relied on to create food that can be matched to an individuals own tastes and nutritional needs/wants.

We are in need of a menu board design. We would also like to implement the same design into our to-go/take out menu. I will attach documents, files, pictures to help relate with the concept we are aiming for. We are in need of a menu board that fits into a space of 118.5in by 47 in. I will attach a picture reference. Free and open to creativity and your own imagination. Initially thinking of a 4 panel design. Each panel will represent a different part of the menu and go along with our brand concept and identity being that you (customer) is able to create their own story. Story in this situation means their own custom food creation order process (bowl, burrito, salad). First panel will list our SIGNATURE STORIES. For this panel I think it would be cool to implement using our logo which is the fish book and tweak the colors and add design covers or elements that represent each signature story (bowl) depending on its influence and its ingredients and have different colored/themed fish books to represent each story. Just my idea do not have to completely follow this I am open to artists creativity and own idea. Second panel is when the actual customization process and creating their own food process will start. Second panel will feature the base, protein, and mix-ins step. Each step I think would be cool if featured as a chapter (ex. CH 1 BASE, CH 2 PROTEIN, ETC) This fits with our concept as the Poke Story. For the first base step I would also like designs or drawings implemented of bowl, burrito, and salad as pictures instead of just words. Our 3rd panel will continue customization/story building process with sauce, toppings, crunch, and sides chapters. Our last panel will be our Taiyaki panel. I would like this panel to be special and also have custom drawings/designs implemented. Taiyaki is Japanese fish-shaped cake desserts. We will be serving Taiyaki Soft Serve Ice Cream and we would like taiyaki design and taiyaki soft serve design really showcasing on this last panel. This is the end chapter and the "Sweet, happy ending" to your story.

I will upload all pictures and files and menu rough draft files that will help with the menu design process.
