CaroLynch got their new postcard, flyer or print by running a design contest:
"Team Norms" flyer for nonprofit education team

We are a nonprofit network running 20 public elementary schools in low-income neighborhoods, providing high-quality free education options for families. -- https://www.rocketshipschools.org/ However, this document I am making here is intended for an internal audience — just staff members.
What's your vision?
I lead our Operations team, and we just did a bunch of work to create a set of "team norms" to help guide how we work with our colleagues and others. I would like to put these on an attractive one-page 8.5x11 flyer-style document that we can use to catch people's attention as we share our new norms -- something that our teammates will want to hang up at their desk to remind them of our norms. The flyer should say something like "Rocketship Operations Team Norms" somewhere central/obvious on the page, and then have the four different norm headings with the relevant norms under each of them. I am open to how exactly it's laid out, though I do want it to be easy to take in the headings at a glance. You can find the full text to include on the page here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iah8MrloQmxF5oRyAc03qNjx5-ssGB6kboiVKppB7sM You could make this more of an “infographic” style with simple logos for each section (or each norm) if you want, or just keep it to words. I don’t have a clear picture of which way it should look I'm attaching our organization's "brand guidelines" -- you don't necessarily need to 100% follow all of these, but overall I would like this flyer's design to feel consistent with our overall brand "feel."
I need to receive the final version of this in a file format that I can easily edit without any special design software -- as I will likely need to tweak the wording and/or add a new norm at some point along the way as we continue to roll these out. This is a requirement of the contest.
