How BRANDONMp started their product packaging journey
As it is a rice cake, the pack is like a wrapper that gets put around the product.I have attached images of current artwork as well as example images of actual wrapped product. If you have any suggestions please advise. Please make sure when designing that we are designing for the Rice cakes in the wrapper and not the rice chips package!!!

• Organic Rice cakes with various super seeds
• Super seeds is a focus and unique addition to the product (this separates us from the competition)
• Each unit is 120g
• Benefits of the product will be
- Vegan, Gluten Free, Good source of fiber, No Artificial flavors and colors. 100% Organic,
• It will be available in 3 flavours – (7 Super Seeds, Chia & Quinoa and Amaranth & Millet)
We will be extending the artwork into our rice chips line as well - See artwork attached as an example.
• They are made out of Brown Rice, not white rice.
• This product will be sold into Costco USA & Canada and will be sold as a mixed pack.
We will be putting this into a display box and sold as a mixed box for Costco - 6, 8 & 12 pack - Display box – attached as an example (keep this in mind when designing.
Description of the product target audience
Individuals looking for a fat free healthy snack – not necessarily on any particular diet, just making healthy snack decisions for themselves as well as their family.
Choosing organic rice cakes over the regular rice cake
Consumers looking for more than just a regular rice cake as we have Super Seeds to offer
Typical this will be initially sold at Costco stores – This is who we will be targeting, Costco Customers are looking for quality products at a great price, but in a larger qty than you would get anywhere else.
On ave Costco shopper earn about $100,000 a year.
We need a 120g rice-cake artwork designed to show the product and its benefits
Most important we want to portray – Wholesome
The packing needs to show earthiness and natural
You will see how the current artwork – it is a great design and we love the layout.
The challenge for us is that we are a private label company and will be doing this under our own wholesome earth brand.
The packaging needs to be eye catching and appealing
There is a lot of competition out there that do the same thing we want to be different and have this pack stand out amongst the clutter, but showing that we are a organic natural brand.
