Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. Soon afterward, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania, Africa teaching high school math in Swahili.
Jackie founded SecondStar Solutions in 2016 with the goal of providing organizations with a more effective approach to training. Her company services cliental within the United States and abroad.
