My client and his wife is the owner of this dental office and their last name is Hart. They used to share patients between them based on expertise and so they named the office as "Hart to Hart"

Concept is very simple here. Incorporated the initial letters "H" and "H", tweaked those as heart and tooth to relate with the title.
