"Terrible experience. The designer (Sid) took forever to respond. When he did respond, the design he made was stock images that I could find all over the internet. NOTHING original.

"I did not use any stock images. The logo was entirely created based on the rough sketch you provided. The deadline for the business card project was set for October 10th, and today is only October 7th. The weekend also fell within this timeframe, which may have caused a perceived delay, but the project was still on schedule.
Furthermore, I never insisted that you had to use my services for the business card. You approached me for that project after the logo was completed, which indicates satisfaction with the initial work. The charges for the business card were discussed before the project started, and we both agreed to the terms. If these charges did not fit within your budget, you had the option to proceed with a different service, but that doesn’t reflect on the quality of my work or our agreement.
I’m sorry that you feel this way, but I believe there’s been a misunderstanding and I hope we can clear this up. My goal has always been to deliver what you needed within the agreed timeframe."
