We are a smaller commercial construction company that focuses on office buildings, retail and industrial spaces. In a typical tenant finish out project, we go into the space, demo everything that is currently there, and then build out the space to their specs. We also do new builds that cater to apartment buildings and offices. We do not do any high-rise or skyscraper type buildings. Our target audience is large commercial real estate companies, franchise owners, and local businesses.
