{Basic premise is that it will be a mariachi style sombrero over two feet. If there is a Tex-Mex flavor to the look, that's perfectly fine.

The feet should have some aspect of looking "fast"......like they are in motion or kicking up dust or rocks etc...

Lastly.....if you felt like it, the character under the sombrero could be holding a "file folder"......}

I'm always trying to focus on the viewer's Eye. Specifically on Logos that try to deliver multiple messages.

When we Designers need to show Speed, we usually choose a side view,
But one negative thing is that We see a lot of logos like that every day!
So, to catch some attention I did the hard one!
He's running towards you!
Because that's YOUR file, Not someone else's!
He's really in a rush!

His hat, The file, and His hard looking steps.
