Enticing billboard design for Italian Restaurant

Italian Food Company launched in 2020. Our first restaurant opened in 2021. Our second restaurant is opening soon in the next 30-45 days. Italian Food Company is its own brand with a new concept in restaurants combining a typical Italian bar star eatery with that of a pizzeria and family style trattoria. The restaurant is engaging, visually enticing with hand painted murals and the food is authentic using all old world family recipes. Its what the new millenial Italian restaurant should look like. We have our first billboard up in the florida keys to grab motorists about our first restuarant in Key Largo. We now have two more billboards and need new designs to make an impact on the 2 million motorists that travel to the Florida Keys every year. The next two billboards will focus on our second restaurant which is 20 miles South of the first. One billboard will impact motorists South before reaching the restaurant. One billboard faces north to grab the attention before tourists head back home (north) out of the Florida Keys.

I would like a fresh version of what we have. Our first restaurant is much more casual, focused on pizza and pasta. Our second restaurant is not the twin of the first but more a close (sister). The new restaurant is mostly indoors, more dining options with meat and seafood while still keeping our pizza and pastas. I would say if you go to the first restuarant you wear jeans and a shirt. To our second restaurant, you still wear jeans and a shirt but maybe you put on a nice sports jacket. For italians the next step up in restaurants is to go from a family style trattoria to a Osteria. This is sort of the feel like a smart casual. Main elements i need: Authentic Italian - verbiage Focus on Italian food not just pizza Here are our colors and fonts. Please use them. We use open sans for text. Union Bold and High Voltage Rough for Titles and other highlighted text. We have a specific color for the green and red. Those being Ce2b36 and 009345

I need to communicate AUTHENTIC ITALIAN. and give the energy of a fresh approach to grandmothers cooking.
