Need a COOL T-Shirt for the team that cleans the Homeless Shelter!

I am the supervisor for the Janitorial Service and we are responsible for the daily cleaning for the Friends of Homeless in Springfield, MA. Up to this point, there was no uniform. However, I want to come up with cool T-Shirts that differentiate Cleaning Specialists from the homeless population. It would also be nice to have something that a homeless person could look at and put a smile on their face but it is not necessary. I am not sold in any particular color T-Shirt. I am open to suggestions. But it needs something unique and professional.
