Front side: The Camgear logo in white or white+red (small/subtle) on right side of chest, in same style as illustration on the back. Back side: a line drawn illustration of a camera operator who’s standing behind his camera and tripod (max 600 cm2). (will be printed on black), maybe with some red accents, if not too aggresive. Something like picture 4 or 5 but with less details. The focus should be on a smiling/happy mid-age modern western camera man (like picture 1), operating the Sony PXW-FX9 camera that is standing on a tripod system (see picture 2), without the Sony logos. The tripod systems fluid head should be from the brand Camgear, knowing the Elite 8 (see picture 3). The visibility of the doming sticker with Camgear logo and model number is pretty important. Regarding the background, it can be anywhere (thinking about a film set, studio, press-room or in the nature)
