radu.vranceanu got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
A Samurai's T-Shirt

We are a sport club in Brasov, Romania and we practice Kendo. Kendo (meaning "Way of The Sword") is a Japanese martial art of sword-fighting based on traditional swordsmanship. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kendo) Our website: http://www.kendo-brasov.ro/en/
What's your vision?
I would like to have a T-Shirt that any member of the club would be proud to wear (mainly outside the club, on the streets). - should be fairly simple, not be very "sophisticated"; - should contain the logo (see below); - should contain the name of the club: "Kendo Club Sankon" - if aesthetically fits, it may also include "Brasov, Romania" (the city and country) and/or website: "www.kendo-brasov.ro" - if aesthetically fits, it may also include the kanji for Sankon (see attachment) - should be in 1 or 2 colors. I'm thinking mainly about red or white, but I'm open to suggestions; - should go well on a navy polo t-shirt. About the LOGO: "Sankon" in Japanese means "mountain spirit"; Kendo means "the way of the sword". I therefore designed (myself) the logos attached. I'm far from being an artist, that it why, in regards to this matter you may: - use the logo as is - adjust or improve it, but keep the theme (prefered)
I would like to have an EPS and PNG/JPG file but I would also appreciate PSD files (I am fairly familiar with Photoshop).
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at €179.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their t-shirt.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
radu.vranceanu collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
