I have a report page for Pinellas County Schools in Florida. The page itself is very empty. It basically consists of the Pinellas County Logo (which can be viewed at http://www.pinellas.k12.fl.us/)and links to 6 different reports. I need to dress this page up with a nice background template. I am not concerned with any kind of graphics standards as this is for a demo we are creating.
