Homepage design - wireframe is attached. The main aim of the Babybean homepage is to allow the user to instantly see what babybean is all about = organic baby food home delivered. The main elements on the homepage are the links to the purchasing categories. Each needs to be clearly labelled as the food within the category is for the specific age group. The images for these categories should been food focused. See attached brief for examples. The shopping cart need to be visually clear and in the top right corner. The hero image to the right of the text can be a placeholder image. It should be a close-up image of a baby and food. See attached wireframes and design brief. The design should be elegant and simple and let the product photography standout. The key to the site is allowing users to easily see the product range and place an order. I would like to use a background pattern in a soft version of the green (from the logo) to give the site texture. Site colours: The green from the logo and a deep grey font. The navigation backgrounf colour should not be the same colour green as the logo but either a complimentry green or an alternate colour. All fonts should be websafe. I have also attached a very rough example of how the categories should be displayed out on the homepage.
