We need a user friendly, professional, approachable website for people that need assistance. There aren't many design restrictions, just how the website is to be layed out. Feel free to ask questions!
What's your vision?
Desired Style: professional, modern Accepted File Formats: Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) A clean, professional, user friendly website! The color scheme should I will provide feedback and communication fairly frequently. There are three different types of individuals that will utilize the website. Â - Homeowners - Lenders - RealtorsThe website will revolve around three main functions. Â Â - Online auction:- Realtors will be able to make and place property bids on the website. - Fill out documents and check out statuses online.- Some basic applications will be filled out on the website.ContentÂ Â Â Â Â Â You can use the current logo here: http://cmac.ierdevelopment.com/logo.jpg Â Can only be used for this design content only. Look and Feel Â The website should have a friendly, simple and professional look and feel to it. A place where one can find information and assistance as soon as they hit the homepage. The logo can also be updated in your design as well. Color scheme is up to you, as long as it does not stray away from what the website is trying to convey. Â The homepage will have the header (logo and slogan), footer with 6 links and three main areas (Homeowners, Lenders and Realtors). Each of the three main areas will have a visual icon representative of the title and some bullet points highlighting the value and a button under each with a call to action. Homeowners are encouraged to sign up to get help and lenders and realtors are offered to find out more information when they click. Â Â We are asking for your creative geniuses here!
