We're an auto-repair shop but what makes us different is we rent space to aspiring mechanics and handymen. For instance, you can rent our spray booth to paint your car, rent our lift to repair your car, or rent parking stalls from us to store your car. We also sell parts and tools and offer free professional advice.
Description of the organization and its target audience
We're targeting:
A. Mechanics by passion - People who are passionate about cars and would like to work on cars outside of their regular day job.
B. Entrepreneurial Mechanics - People who cannot afford to rent a large commercial space but want to have a small space to fix up cars.
C. Aspiring Mechanics - People who want to learn how to work on cars by experimenting with their own and friends.

Requirements
I have the design of our building facade done with our colors. The name is wrong on the sample image I will upload. I want it to be self-empowering, conveying the message you can fix your own car you don't need to pay an expensive repair shop.
Since the business model is non-existent in California the logo should give off the message that we rent repair space. The name sort of gives it away that you can do-it-yourself but it does not convey that we rent space to repair your car.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
