The company is called EDIT design house. The word "house" doesn't necessarily need to be incorporated into the logo, but can be. If not, would need imagery showing a house, a sketch, or linework representative of a house. If using a different architectural element (i.e. keyhole, door knocker, cool window, etc.) Please include the word "house."
EDIT should be the word with the main focus and "design" or "design house" should be secondary.
I'm looking for something with a luxury feel that has a cool, yet traditional vibe.
Our retail space is black & white, kind of similar to the sketch. I'd like to incorporate a version of the sketch or some other architectural element. I'm open to colors other than the blue family, but I'd prefer something with pretty subtle tones.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
