My name is Luis Serra and Im from Portugal.
Im currently a freelancer graphic and web design and programmer for web (PHP, ASP, CSS, JAVA, MySQL).
I started working since 2001, very early for my age, but at same time teaching myself and deepen my knowledge in programming and design techniques.
