The 99designs process is incredibly easy to follow. The interface is simple, clean and remarkably intuitive. As a web designer I tend to be very critical of interface design. However, the 99designs interface and business process has been masterfully created to be both easy to understand and feature rich.
What a fabulous resource. I'll definitely be back for more.
